Your Membership Journey

Phase I
Onboarding & Roadmap

Work with a dedicated UCR team to build your R&D, pilot, or growth roadmap. Funding identified through venture, partner, or OASIS sponsorship.

Phase II
Roadmap Execution & Testing
(6–9 months)

Your lead EIR and UCR technical experts guide you through your roadmap, exploring scaling,
strategic partnerships, or R&D in specialized labs and living laboratory environments.

Phase III
Showcase & OASIS Challenge
(1 month)

Feature your product in OASIS Park or UCR Living Labs. Pitch to Corporate partners such as Cisco, NVIDIA, and US Bank for follow-on opportunities.

Phase IV
Capital & Market Scaling

Secure grants and venture funding. Establish first corporate or government adopters and scale regional manufacturing.
