Prices are per month and based on a 12-month contract term.
Emerging Venture: An early-stage innovation company that has raised or generated less than $1M in total funding or revenue, has fewer than 6 employees, and is primarily focused on product development, market validation, or initial proof-of-concept.
Growth Stage Enterprise: A company that has validated its core offering and is actively scaling operations, defined by having at least 6 employees, physical operational infrastructure, and stable revenue or Series A-level funding.
Until the park opens, we can temporarily, (as space is available, with priority given to bench customers) offer the Life Sciences Incubator office. Members can also elect to have a hot desk at the Life Sciences Incubator if they prefer this location.
